We may collect information about and from you in connection with the KSI Service, but you control how much you share about yourself. Additionally, we may collect information you provide to use through the KSI Service about your drone or remote sensor operations, including video, imagery, telemetry, unmanned aerial vehicle flight plan and log data, operator information, and any other information you upload to the KSI Service.

We collect device and log information. If you use the KSI Service, we collect information from your computer or mobile device, such as unique device identifiers, IP addresses, hardware models, operating system and version, phone number and mobile carrier information.

We collect information relating to your electronic device and use of the KSI Service from your electronic device(s) using GPS, a cellular network location, Wi-Fi networks, browser services, or information you provide. We might look at how often you use the KSI Service from such location. If you reside in California, you have the right to ask us one time each year if we have shared personal information with third parties for their direct marketing purposes. The KSI Service is meant for adults and are not intended for children.
The KSI Service is meant for adults – either solo pilots/operators or team members at small business or large enterprises. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. If you are a parent or legal guardian and think your child under 13 has given us information, you can email us at info@KSIdatasciences.com. You can also write to us at the address listed at the end of this policy. Please mark your inquiries “COPPA Information Request.”
We store information in the United States.
Information we maintain may be stored both within and outside of the United States. If you live outside of the United States, you understand and agree that we may transfer your information to the United States. This site is subject to U.S. laws, which may not afford the same level of protection as those in your country.
